People in Jakarta may need to prepare their umbrellas on Wednesday (11/10) as the Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) has forecast rain in some areas of the capital.

We predict that rain accompanied by lightning and strong winds will shower East, West, Central, South Jakarta at noon and in the late afternoon

"We predict that rain accompanied by lightning and strong winds will shower East, West, Central, South Jakarta at noon and in the late afternoon," stated BMKG's official site.

Thunderstorm will pour in South Jakarta at noon; medium rain in West Jakarta; light rain in East, Central, North Jakarta and Thousand Islands.

Then at night, light rain is expected in West, Central, East, South, and North Jakarta; and clear cloudy in Thousand Islands.

Entering at dawn, West Jakarta will see clear cloudy; cloudy in Central, East, South, North Jakarta and Thousand Islands.

Temperature could reach 24-32 degrees Celsius degree with humidity 70-100 percent.
